Peter Balysz

Peter founded Balvay and is a true property professional with almost three decades of industry experience.
He started as an estate agent in London in the 1990s, and worked at the prestigious Chestertons agency in Central London. Later, he expanded his knowledge of property investment and development.

Peter is committed to continuously developing his lettings and property management knowledge. He remains active in networking and workshop events, always embracing new industry challenges.

Peter combines academic knowledge of property valuation and law with practical experience gained across various sectors of the property world. His true passion lies in property itself – he thrives on the challenge of maximising both the use and income potential of every property under his care.

Edit - Tenancy Manager

Edit is the Tenancy Manager, dealing with daily operations and contact with tenants. Her proactive approach to tackling new challenges, combined with her naturally friendly attitude and problem-solving abilities, ensures you’re always in capable hands.

With extensive experience in property lettings and management, Edit brings invaluable expertise to every client relationship. As a qualified property investor herself, she possesses a deep understanding of different property types and tenant requirements that only comes from hands-on experience.

Edit’s background includes senior management positions and operational experience in the corporate world, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
